Birr Fry-In

On 10th May 2008 the Ormand Flying Club based at Birr Airfield held a Breakfast Fry-In. This was the 3rd attempt to run this event as it had already been cancelled twice due to weather.
The weather on the day wasn't the best but the event went ahead anyway although the number of visitors attending was down on those expected due to the low cloud.
IrishAirPics went along to sample the food and photograph the aircraft, both home based at Birr and visitors.
