Comments: Photo shows battle damaged remains of the Afghan AF which were bulldozed into a location beside runway touchdown point. Approx 25 Mig 21's, Antonov 30 (297) overturned fuselage, largest aircraft being the Antonov 12. Unable to get closer as we were warned to walk only on concreted surfaces due to land mines.
