Comments:
This aircraft must have had some kind of systems failure on landing as it rolled to the end of the runway and caught the arrestor cable. The aircraft on approach in the background had to overshoot the runway and landed eventually once the runway was cleared. These aircraft were operating in the UK as part of Exercise Deployed Titan.

Comments:
1/1/05 This Aer Lingus A330 was at the gate at Dublin at Pier B awaiting the boarding of passengers for the flight to Boston as the EI133, when winds gusted to gale force and turned it around 90 degrees and it ended up with its cockpit sitting under the wing of Airbus A330 EI-DAA
